Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need an easily modifiable t-shirt design template in .psd format with clear instructions that a virtual assistant can use to customize it for a given Teespring t-shirt sales campaign using any version of Adobe Photoshop or Elements whether on PC or MAC. This is the first of many t-shirt template assignments. I am seeking a designer to work on these on a regular basis. Once I find that designer, these assignments will be submitted on a one on one basis.

Content to Be Supported
==================
The template must fully support the use of any or all of the following types of content through simple deletion of any undesired areas:
1. Year or Month
2. City, State, Region or Country
3. Additional verbiage such as: "All original parts", "Refurbished", "Aged to Perfection"

Specific artwork requirements
======================
1. Design must use no more than 3 colors (including gradients)
2. Design must have a transparent background
3. Design must be suitable for printing on t-shirts and hoodies of the following colors: black, deep royal, deep red (use Teespring.com apparel colors for reference)
4. Design size must be compatible with Teespring.com submission requirements
