Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new Bar/Restaurant located in the Appalachian mountain town of Blue Ridge Georgia which is a small, historic mountain town. This tavern will have a high end rustic lodge feel to it. The name comes from my grandfathers name who owned a tavern in his day. We are looking for something that is rustic and has an outdoor, cabin in the woods feel that will represent the area the tavern is located in. Our mountains do not have very high elevations and are located in the south so they are more rolling and green instead of rocky and snow capped. Since the words bar and grill will be written on the sign we would prefer that they were not represented in picture form. For instance, a grill, cup, fork, plate, spatula, or meat would not be necessary.

The name of the bar is : Chester Brunnenmeyer's - Bar & Grill - Blue Ridge, Georgia

I added an image that my concept will have a similar look and feel to it as well as some logos that we like and a picture of the mountains we live in.
