Brief de Design Emballage

We need a package design for a 10 LBS/4.54kg of charcoal bag which will be printed on Kraft paper

the name of the product is Noble Charcoal we will need a catchy logo for this
The design should have two colors red and any other. Please note that it will be printed on brown kraft paper. It should have our website on it www.noblecharcoal.com which should be obvious enough without congesting the design.
The design should not contravene any trademark.
It should feature the following qualities in a neat but catchy way:
100% all natural hardwood lump charcoal
No scrap, no fillers, burns hotter, cleaner and longer
No sparking, Low ash, top quality

Slogan:
...light the smoke flavor.

The design should make up just 40-50% of the paper space

It should have this warning info behind it or at the side
Warning
Carbon monoxide hazard
Burning charcoal inside homes or vehicles can kill you
It emits carbon monoxide which has no odor.

The following should be toked somewhere on the side

The following information should be at the back
noblecharcoal is purely made from hardwood. It lights up fast and needs no petroleum starting fluid. It contains no chemicals or additive...just the purest form of charcoal.

Light up instruction: (please develop a diagrammatic representation for this)
1. Roll a full sheet of newspaper into a tube then form it into a donut shape.
2. Build the coals up around the donut shaped newspaper in a pyramid fashion.
3. light the paper in different places and let it go.
