Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo that graphically represents the essence of 'Hipsters, Hackers and Hustlers' and that will form the basis of an ultimately widely recognised brand.

I need to be able to use the logo in various forms (e.g. fit in square/rectangular for avatar/profile pics, horizontal for banners, etc.). Also need to be able to use it with and without the name 'Hipsters, Hackers & Hustlers' and still be instantly recognisable and understandable with just the graphical images.

IMPORTANT: Please read the attached document for a more detailed design brief BEFORE you start designing and ask as many questions as you like to help make sure you fully understand what is required and so avoid wasting time and effort all around.

The community of people we bring together tends to be easy-going, fun, creative and very positive as well as ambitious and with big dreams of changing the world to be a better place. The logo must reflect this. It should also feel contemporary, fresh and stylish. We’re not afraid to be quite bold and daring so vibrant colours and outlandish designs are very much welcomed.

• We would like to see a logo using 3 icons with each icon representing the traits each of the three different member types (i.e. Hipsters, Hackers and Hustlers – see descriptions in attached document).
  In a perfect world the 3 icons will not only work well together but also on their own so that each member type could, for example, have their icon on a T-shirt which would immediately let anyone seeing the individual icon know exactly what it represented and what the wearer of the T-shirt was.

• Ideally, the fonts for each member type should have the same design elements as stated above and be equally individual and recognisable.

• A few NO-NOs:
  
  - Please do NOT simply use some basic H's from some ordinary fonts and simply change the colour.
  
  - Please do NOT be cliché or use tired unimaginative representational imagery of the member types.
  
  - Please do NOT use any stock imagery.
  
  - Please do NOT send in any designs that are corporate looking and boring.
