Brief de Design de Logo
We need a logo design for a new company based in northern California called "Servandus" - Servandus has an innovative system to monitor the overall in-home well being of the elderly and provide this data to families, primarily to the adult children of the elderly.
This system does not provide medical data to doctors and we want to avoid classic medical symbols (crosses; cadecus; medical instruments, etc.). Further, this system isn't meant to be a spying system so things that show monitoring (cameras, eyeballs, that sort of thing) are probably not quite right either.
The final design should be one that suggests security, comfort, freedom and support. The name Servandus is Latin for "will protect; will maintain; will support."

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I'm moving out the design deadline a couple of days so I can give some feed back and some time for anyone who wants to modify in light of that feedback.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Thanks for the many good logos. I want to extend the design deadline a bit more to both (a) commit to purchase a logo at the given budget and (b) to give some general feedback which I will put up here.
