Brief de Design de Logo

We need a better logo design for our new online business which sells Magento based, online shops, to businesses plus other bolt-on packages/products. Our company is called Build Me a Shop Ltd and the current logo is 'build me a shop'.
Our website, with the current, not so good, logo design is at www.buildmeashop.co.uk. Our competitors are www.volusion.com, www.ekmpowershop.co.uk etc, The final design should communicate innovation, ecommerce/shopping and be clear and stand out from a black/off-black background. The final logo will be used on the website, business cards and invoices etc.We would ideally like to see designs that use similar, green, blue, orange etc from the icons at the bottom of the home page of www.buildmeashop.co.uk.
