Brief de Design de Logo

I am wanting a design that incorporates the a construction, building feel to the words as if they were still under construction.
The message is to be white text on a blue background and can incorporate some black into it if a third colour is needed.

The logo will be used to put on the advertising boards as well as our website and business stationary so there is a constant feel across the brand
