Brief de Design de Flyer
I'm an attorney who incorporates businesses. I have a direct mail postcard campaign targeting individuals who have recently filed a DBA ("doing business as") for a new business. They are not running their business through a corporation or LLC and therefore their personal assets are at risk for any claims against the business. A corporation or LLC would protect their personal assets and also provide them with tax-saving opportunities. I need a design that conveys this message while also dispelling the misconception that incorporating is expensive, makes it more difficult to focus on running the business because of paperwork, etc.
