Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new web based company called "Health Core", and I have two tag lines i'm considering: Health Core - Preventative Care in Your Hands or Health Core - for Your Healthcare. We have a dynamic website that includes includes a customized plan for each individual that includes full meal (includes grocery lists, based on your likes and goals) and fitness plans (3000 plus exercises and short videos) with a 3D model that shows your transformation and what you will look like. I'm targeting the general population but also have a physician page where people can enroll under their physician. This allows the physician to have full access to their plans and also support their efforts. Also is community based, depending on your preferences, location, likes, etc. Looking for a green logo with blue in it. Would like this to be vibrant and energetic and plans are for a mostly white background with vibrant colors (clean, energetic and vibrant are keys for me). Attached is a current logo i was given but the feel of the apple and logo feels older an outdated. The Blue core with green leaf I like but would like to see "cool" variations with name and both potential tag lines as well. The logo should communicate that we're the Hub for health around fitness and nutrition and every plan is customized to each consumer.
