Brief de Design de Logo

Hi,
We are looking to finalise a logo for our new company called iRex. It requires a very professional feel but must also be very clean and fresh utilizing lighter colours. The colours would ideally be a light electric blue with a light/fluro green and white and/or grey. The logo would preferably have iRex as the centrepiece with a small caption under it saying Real Estate Exchange. As this company is property based, we are open to considering the use of a house within the logo and/or the use of arrows (to highlight the "exchange" factor). See attached design as a guide for colours. We are open minded as to what you may have to offer. A key part of the logo will be the "x" in iRex. It would be great to have it emphasized, or perhaps even one of the bright/light colours.
