Brief de Design Wordpress

UPDATED PROJECT (Now only PSD needed)

Need a Wordpress design for a company called "Mezzanine Debt Finance". The company provides finance for corporate clients, businesses and property developers. The design should be business like with appealing colours that communicate trust. I have uploaded a banner and logo to be incorporated or feel free to design something better if you think you can.

** I now only need the PSD
** I want something that is actually designed rather than from a template.

Grapic or banner with the following selling points:

- Compare several capital provider rates
- Access to real estate and hedge funds
- Optimise your capital returns

Space for 300 words of main body text
Latest news section that displays posts (should be widgetised)
Contact form with fields that are adjustable in the backend
Dynamic top menu that displays pages
Grpahic that links through to a case studies page

The logo will not be designed until later and be dependent on your design of the project. Feel free to include this as it will be more likely that you will be chosen.

Main colours should be blue or green with hints of others if appropriate.

Pictures used should be finance and commercial / office / block of flats property related

The website will be used for lead generation so the contact form with adjustable fields in the Wordpress backend should be fairly prominent on the page.

Hi all,

When submitting designs try please try and make them quite modern and "web 2.0" a good example of this is:

The main graphic on the page should have been designed including a picture and the points I listed in the brief rather than just a stock photo.

I have uploaded a banner and logo for the site. None of the designs I have seen so far were good enough so the first decent design using the new banner and logo provided will win the job. I do not want just a template that has been cut and paste from somewhere else, I want decent design. If anyone provides a decent design then I will give an extra bonus of $150.
