Brief de Design de Logo

Hi,

I am after a corporate logo for a construction company that is doing general maintenance, renovations, new housing and commercial developments.

Currently I have the attached logo as an idea but it is not eye catching enough. Need something asap as I have to get out there and get the business moving. I also have a maintenance company that has this logo however, will not be using this company name when the new one is operational

The top of the East Coast logo is patent individually through one of our companies and can not be incorporated into the new business. The pictures at the bottom will be patent if incorporated into this design.
