Brief de Design Publicitaire

Take the advertisement pic (LABELED ADVERTISEMENT) and make it look "professional in appearance" using the logo and color scheme of Crabtree Dental Center. The Phone number should be 719-599-7453. I want the same content, different background, professional looking document. I want it to be a 12"x12" document. High resolution files should include .PDF, .JPG and .AI. Any or all documents can be used for colors and overall scheme. I would like to have the overall colors include the main blue color from the file 4db749b4ef4c5e0717512bf7eb26bf54 and include the brown "swoosh" somewhere through/on the final document. Stock files of smiling young families can be used but not required. I am on a tight time-line and have placed 5 days as the deadline, but I will pick my favorite in as little as 2-3 days if I can get a good product.
