Brief de Design de Logo

My company is a wholesaler/distributor of various high end consumer products; we sell to retail stores which then sell to consumers. We are focusing on Wine/Liquor/Beer, Meat, Tobacco, Coffee, Energy Drinks.

Not necessarily looking for a generic wholesaler-like logo such as a delivery truck.

I have three concepts:

1. A simple winged/abstract "W" could work, but not like the cheesy Hot Rod on fire looking wings.

2. Also, like logos such as Jagermeister or Belvedere Vodka which are classic but stoic. Also, you could incorporate a family crest look or the French Champaign look, such as Cliquot or Dom Perignon. Either way, prefer nice clean elegant masculine lines.


3. The other more artful logo we had in mind is an explorer/hunter standing with a the pirate’s telescope looking off in the distance, with a hunting dog standing beside him (a profile painting) carrying a breeched rifle underneath his arm, as hunters do when they are reloading those antique rifles. Nothing cheesy like a pirate in a big bright hat and a parrot, but the look of those classic British paintings with gentlemen fox hunting, polo playing, etc. Something classic, regal. (the metaphor being looking for the best products on earth to bring to customers)
