Brief de Design de Flyer
8 1/2 x 11 Flyer mailer for Window Envelope.
I need a flyer/mailer advertisement for a 9x12 window envelope. The front page needs to have text from a Word document which I will be uploading. A colorful header with our logo, phone number, fax number, mailing address, and website need to be at the top.
Just below the header needs to be an open white space where we can print addresses for the bulk mailing. The White space is from the Date on word docs uploaded all the way down to the Dear etc. It needs to be white and open f so that we can run the flyer through a printer to print the address, date, and dear mr: specifically and most importantly that the address may appear through the window.
General pictures of the lawyers and company colors on the front page with provided text.
On the back of the flyer we would like full color with a map to our office, preferably like the one we have on our website, along with practice areas and the info from our website. Including the about us portion, and the excerpts from the front of our website

The Back of the flyer can be the same for each of the 5 flyers, but the text on the front needs to reflect the text in the five word documents I have uploaded.

To be more specific for the Flyer. The flyer should be like a letterhead on the front, with the text from the letter I am currently using. With a footer as well with our website address and phone number at the bottom.
