Brief de Design de Brochure

We need a brochure prepared for a new apartment development in Rockingham.

We only require the template and first front pages and our in house designer can add the other pages and text as required.

Please provide brochure in Photoshop format with editable texts, and PDF format.

Brochure in A4 printable format.

Some of the text for brochure and all the illustrations can be found on the attached Powerpoint presentation.

The different sections of the brochure would be something like this:
1. The Development –
a. key information about the project (2 bedroom, priced from $355,000, quality finishings etc)
b. info on the amenities nearby (City park next door, shops across the road, beach down the road)
2. Why Invest in Rockingham - info on Rockingham
a. fast growing area of Western Australia
b. tourist hotspot
c. huge resource investment
d. good job opportunities
3. Development Plan & Floor Plan
4. About the Developer – Info about Yaran.
