Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

I need a business card design for my new practice -
Services I provide and info...
1.Traditional Chinese Medicine - Acupuncture & Herbology & modalities of the medicine - I am a licensed acupuncturist, diplomate of Oriental Medicine, and a doctoral candidate in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
2.Massage and Acupressure
3.Yoga Instruction - individual and group instruction in yoga, meditation, breath work - I am Registered Yoga Teacher with USYoga Alliance

These will be the core of my individual practice. I will be practicing in the states of California and Montana for now and will have a private clinic in addition to teaching at some yoga studios.

I would like to see very simple, elegant, professional design - maybe with the use of yellow and blue - the use of a sun would be nice as part of the design, but I want the feel of my card to be more health and clinic rather than just a spa feel.

One of the challenges I see is providing all the info about me on the card (Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM), Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) and Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) without overwhelming or looking ridiculous but still conveying to folks what I do. I've tried a couple times to get a card - one this info is so small it's difficult to read, the other time it is too large and looks unprofessional. Fortunately the address does not need to be on there - just name, phone number and email address.
