Brief de Design de Flyer

We need a flyer design for a new company based in FALMOUTH Cornwall UK.
We are not only a coffee house but we will specialise in healthy smoothies, juices and light bites. We are going to be a happy social family friendly place with cool beachy vibes.
We have our own logo which we would like to use on the flyer but would like a flyer designed around the following ideas if possible please...

Old meets new with a sophisticated hawaiian twist!!
rustic and funky
browns and golds with a splash of a very bright colour somewhere
pineapples
palm trees
hibiscus flowers
surfy
casual
