Brief de Design de Logo

The company Zabel has a current logo (see attached) but would like to redesign it to be more modern and appealing. They are a restaurant equipment and supply company that is looking to get online to produce more sales and wants a professional logo and image to start that process.

Design considerations:
-The client does like the "big Z" that underlines the rest of the name as it is. Would probably like to keep it that was as the Z is an focal point being a unique letter
-They suggested putting the words "Restaurant Equipment & Supply" in the bottom part of the Z (example of what I mean by that also attached)
-Looking for a modern and professional business look
-Would like the logo initially presented in a blue color scheme (see attached color sample) Doesn't have to be the only color (other blues, black, or white can be included) However, needs to be applicable in different formats (greyscale, etc.)
