Brief de Design de Logo

I am a custom home builder located on Hwy 30A between Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida. We typically build in beach front communities for out of town owners. My logo must be user friendly for the internet....... quickly recognized on a sign, vehicle or other. The name of my company is Jerry Miller Homes, LLC. The tag line we normally use is .....BUT could be changed is Custom Coastal Construction... or Custom Coastal Home Construction. It's possible the logo could just be the name itself..... but not sure that will meet the above requirements.... OR a combination of the name and an icon...logo. The design must not be cluttered, it must be elegant, professional and clearly recognizable.
