Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a company called "Novus Residences." Novus develops and builds upscale apartment communities, and the company seeks to create a best in class product that benefits its residents, its investors, and its surrounding communities. While the design and branding of our individual apartment communities can range from hip & edgy to upscale & classic, our overall company logo should communicate a feeling of financial stability, gravitas, longevity of design, combined with a dose of modernity and freshness.

We would like to see some designs with the letter N or with a theme of windows instead of buildings. Or you can incorporate something we haven't thought of- but for any logo with a pictorial element, the picture must relate to the company's purpose or goals in some way.
