Brief de Design de Logo

Hi! We're Tree of Life Lutheran Church, and ELCA church located in Texas. Our mission at Tree of Life is to invite, inspire, and include all people in Christ's love.

We're looking for a clean, modern pictorial or emblem logo. The logo must contain either the "world" in file one, or the letters ELCA somehow incorporated in the final design. I have larger files for the brandmark when/if needed.

File one is our current logo. Problem is though, it's the logo of the ELCA, and we need to create our own identity.

File two is the logo we used for years and years. It's flat. It doesn't capture how awesome it is at Tree of Life. It's not memorable, modern, or attention-getting. It's based on the stained glass window in our old sanctuary, which is beautiful, but the logo doesn't do it justice.

File three is a logo example we like that uses the LCMC letters comparable to how we could visualize our ELCA tag on the logo. (Not a must by any means, just an example.) The ELCA text needs to be smaller than the Tree of Life Lutheran Church text.

File four is a photo of our stained glass. It does not have to be like this, but it surely can be used for inspiration.

The want's and don't want's:
We like trees. We're Tree of Life. It makes sense.
We don't want cartoon characters.
We don't want cheese. We're looking for a modern, attention grabbing logo.
It must look stunning in color and in B&W. Also, in B&W, we need to be able to invert it to display well on a black background.
It will be used on all print media, website, billboards, and anywhere else we can think of to brand ourselves.


Please help me make this stunning church have a logo to be proud of!
