Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo for a Chinese lifestyle website about the united Kingdom called UKDANDY.com
We want to try and play on the Dandy theme of maybe a traditional English character in the logo so we can use the logo as just the character or a custom font that goes with the character or all together.
Emphasis here has to be on giving the logo a UK feel but also appealing to a Chinese audience.
