Brief de Design de Logo

My name is William Tell and a logo is needed for my new company based in Lancaster PA. We offer insurance agencies located in the United States an innovative process managed through a web portal that helps small business terminate group health plans and move employees to individual health plans. The result of the process saves the small business money, most employees are able to purchase better health insurance and employees still receive personal, year round support and service. Agencies are able grow their agency in a market where many small group health plans will otherwise cancel coverage. We are first to market offering a managed process that helps small business take advantage of provisions in the Affordable Care Act. Using references from the story behind William Tell is OK. TCG is an acronym for Tell Consulting Group.
I would like the logo to have meaning. Please do not use random art without tieing into the company concept or a William Tell theme. Words describing TCG are: innovator, progress, change, improvement, new interesting or modern ideas.
