Brief de Design de Logo
A logo for a new residential housing brand targeting first home buyers at the lower end of the income spectrum, many of whom have no idea that they can afford to build and own a brand new home. The demographic we are targeting are currently not in the market to build a new home but would be if they understood the advantages of home ownership and how easy and affordable it is.
We want a logo that is official looking with a government feel to it, designed to appeal to first home buyers who want government support. It should be simple, professional and easy to recognise and remember.
The logo must include the name of the proposed housing brand: SA HOUSING CENTRE.
