Multi page would be fine.

I do like the style of the single page sites but have no idea what the content would be at the moment so happy with a template which can be used across multiple pages.

Mainly About, Services, Blog, Contact - although the header links would need to be text based to allow the site to change and / or grow over time

How many pages do you anticipate? It helps for planning the navigation area space needed.
