Brief de Design Graphique

My Website is at http://cjsoftwarelogistics.com. It is a Wordpress site and needs fixing in the following ways:

- Repair layout, coloring and styling for IE 8 browsers
- Repair layout in mobile browsers
- Prevent layout issues when resizing the browser window
- Align the left and right hand sides of the "search the site" textbox and the search button with the 'latest news' box below it.

Designs cannot be submitted obviously but some example of other Wordpress sites that you have worked on would be of interest so that I can determine coding capability
