A logo that I could use on a business card or a flyer

Hi, I can see in the brief that the company name is Body X Training but here you wrote Body X Fitness. Just wanted to make sure what the logo should say. Also I saw that you wrote that the backround should be red with black text, was that just a suggestion from you on the future business card? If I make a logo, can it be in any other colour than black or do you wish for a logo that is black and matches any red background?
