Brief de Design de Logo

I need branding for a new restaurant. French inspired, small plates and wine paring. We have determined the colours we want to use - being cream and burgundy. We have specific ideas about fonts for the primary words and the support message. Secondary/supporting words are "Restaurant" and "Bar a Vin". The a in bar a vin must have a grave accent.
