Brief de Design de Logo

Want to come up with a logo update to make it more modern, but keep in line with the existing concept and colors. i'd like to keep the existing blue and orange colors and the idea of three circles. the new logo should be a smart evolution of our current brand, not a revolution. I am open to replacing the circle shapes with other three elements but I also want to look at overlapping and resizing the circles .
