Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed for a new Australian carpentry company. It will specialise in quality home improvements and renovations. all aspects of carpentry are covered; Framing, fix out, cladding, and renovation/ personalised interior design.
I would like the colour to be a teal/turquoise base. I have attached an image with the colour combo I like. Although the overall logo may suit an alternative colour palette, which i leave up to the designers discretion.
I do not like logos with saw blades, chain saws, planers or tools Crisscrossed over one another. I do not mind having tools in the logo, although I would like the logo to represent quality finish and custom design.
