Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for a modern, clean and memorable logo for Mauro Homes, a small UK property investment business that buys houses directly from homeowners.

I'd like something simple, bold, contemporary and professional, but also friendly and approachable.

I particularly like the old Northern Rock logo I've attached as a reference. I love its simplicity, distinctive lowercase typography and confident use of colour. I'd like something with a similar feel, but with its own unique identity.

My preferences:

Modern, rounded lowercase lettering, similar in style to my reference images.

"mauro" as the main focus, with "homes" smaller underneath or incorporated neatly.

Bold, attractive colours that stand out on a white background. I'm open to different colour combinations.

A clean, uncluttered design that feels timeless rather than overly corporate.

No tagline.

Preferably typography-led, without generic house roofs, keys or complicated property symbols.

The logo should also work in white on a solid coloured background.

I'm open to creative interpretations and would love to see some different ideas, while keeping the overall design simple, distinctive and professional.
