Brief de Design de Logo

ALĆEMI MODULAR is an Australian business developing premium modular homes and lifestyle pods. We need a distinctive logo that reflects thoughtful design, quality materials, beautiful interiors and attention to detail.

Our homes feature carefully selected finishes, quality kitchens and bathrooms, generous glazing and considered lighting. The brand should communicate architectural quality, craftsmanship and refined living.

We also incorporate selected reclaimed materials, giving quality materials a new purpose. ALĆEMI is pronounced “alchemy” and reflects the idea of transforming materials into something valuable and beautiful. This meaning could subtly inspire the design, but does not need to be represented literally.

ALĆEMI should be the main focus of the logo, with MODULAR presented as a smaller secondary descriptor. Please retain the acute accent above the C exactly as shown: Ć. We would also like a version where ALĆEMI works independently without MODULAR.

Our preferred starting point is a beautifully designed wordmark, with distinctive typography, balanced spacing and a clean, memorable appearance. We are also open to a simple accompanying symbol or monogram if it strengthens the identity.

The overall style should be elegant, modern, professional and upmarket, with warmth and character. It should feel appropriate for a premium home and remain relevant as the business grows.

We are open to colour recommendations. Charcoal, black, warm white and muted earthy tones are possible directions. The logo must also work clearly in solid black and solid white.

It will appear on the homes themselves, building and vehicle signage, clothing, brochures, business cards, our website and social media. It must remain recognisable at small sizes and reproduce clearly in print, embroidery and signage.

Please present concepts on a plain background, including black-and-white versions. Mockups showing the logo on a home, signage or clothing are welcome as supporting examples.

Clear communication and attention to feedback are important. Please acknowledge feedback within one business day where possible, provide realistic revision timeframes and incorporate agreed changes accurately. If an instruction is unclear, please ask before proceeding.

Final artwork should include editable vector source files, SVG, EPS, PDF, transparent PNG and JPG formats, together with colour codes and font details. Please identify any font licences we need to purchase. All artwork must be original and created specifically for ALĆEMI MODULAR.
