Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for an original logo for Cannes International Trophy, an international rhythmic gymnastics tournament.
The letters CTF should be large and prominent. The logo must include a rhythmic gymnast with a ribbon, with the figure touching the letters and forming part of the same composition. The full name, Cannes International Trophy, should appear beneath the main symbol.
We would like a subtle reference to Cannes and the sea, without a literal depiction of landmarks or a detailed landscape.
The letters should be gold, with a slight three-dimensional effect, highlights, shadows and variations in tone. Please avoid a flat, uniform yellow fill. The overall look should be elegant, dynamic and suitable for an international sporting event.
The attached images are references for the general mood only. Please do not copy or trace them; we are looking for an original design.
Please present the logo on both light and dark backgrounds and provide a simplified version that remains clear at small sizes and in print. The final files should include editable vector formats.
