Brief de Design Graphique

I need a graphic package for the Carolina Dance Masters Fall Dance Convention. Carolina Dance Masters is a non-profit organization of dance teachers, and this educational dance conference is for members and their students with multiple events throughout the weekend. The convention has a new them each year. I will need a package with a general "logo" type graphic, a digital brochure, t-shirt design, and social media graphic templates. This year's Convention has a general theme and names for each event throughout the weekend.
The theme and event names for this year are:

Banquet An Enchanted Evening
President's Reception Light Up The Night
Jr. Member Desk Dreamers' Depot

I am attaching a word file that includes information and text to be included in brochure. Also attached are designs from previous years for brochures, T-shirts, and social media graphics.

Colors that we will be using for decorations at various events over the weekend this year are shades of green (fern and mossy green), shades of blue (including navy), white, and pinks (including mauve). The banquet event will be decorated as an enchanted forest. We are using fairy lights, books that look like a storybook, and lanterns for decorations as well. I think I would like a more modern design, and I do not want anything that is childish or too whimsical. While we are using floral decorations I don't want bunches of flowers in the design.

*I am open to seeing initial logo type designs and giving feedback to make sure it is a direction that I like and then moving forward with the other parts of the project.
