Brief de Design de Logo

Hi we currently have a brewery that has been successful for the last 7 years. We have a great logo for the brewery that we would like to possibly incorporate into our new location, but we don't have to. The new location will be called Full Stop Diner & Pub. It will be at the Ogden airport in Ogden, UT. We will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a pub atmosphere in the evening. I would like to have this aviation themed that also incorporates a little Ogden Utah and possibly a splash of brewery. Full Stop is an aviation term that means the aircraft plans to exit the runway. We like it because Full Stop means you will be staying at our place for a while. I will add our current logo for shape ideas. It does not have to be identical at all, but keeping our current shape/font might hint that Full Stop Diner & Pub is by UTOG Brewing Company. The Diner & Pub could be smaller font than Full Stop to help balance things out.
