Brief de Design de Logo

I have been in dentistry for 30 years and never really had a brand of my own. I would love a logo to rebrand myself that I can use on my letterhead, business cards, referral forms, and to have an art piece made to hang on the wall behind the reception desk once the remodel is finished. The new dental chairs are a dark blue (uploaded color swatch) that I would like to incorporate into the logo, but it doesn’t need to be a huge amount of the blue. Also open to other added colors (I can also add other colors to art work on the walls potentially). I uploaded some doodles that I did with DVP and an abstract tooth. It does not need to be this, but just something I did that you could start with (or not). I would love to see original ideas that are not based on my uploaded design.
