Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for a logo for our new bakery, Rising Above Bakery. I have a design I created with AI for general reference, but want something professional and hand-drawn. We make bagels and breads. Our employees are young adults with special needs. I'd like to have Mt. Rainier in the background and incorporate butterflies to represent our special needs, adult employees. I'd like to keep "More than a bakery - A place to belong." Something simpler but not minimalist. Something that can go in our window and also on t-shirts. Our mission statement is "To create exceptional baked goods while empowering young adults with special needs through meaningful employment, hands-on job training, and a community where every individual is valued, supported, and encouraged to rise above expectations." I've attached the logo I created just as reference.
