succEZion is a new global digital business offering a proprietary Business Transferability System for established small and medium-sized businesses.

The system helps business owners reduce unnecessary dependence on themselves by identifying where knowledge, decisions, relationships, authority and operating capability are concentrated in the owner, then helping them progressively transfer that capability into the business.

The immediate proposition is simple: Make your business less dependent on you.

Greater owner independence also makes the business more transferable over time — whether the owner’s eventual objective is greater freedom, management succession, sale or another form of transition.

The name succEZion is a deliberate proprietary spelling of “succession”. The letters EZ may be subtly distinguished within the wordmark, but this should be sophisticated and restrained rather than playful or gimmicky.

We are looking for a clean, distinctive, premium and internationally credible identity. The business is not an accounting firm, business broker, traditional succession-planning consultancy or AI software company.

The logo should feel appropriate for a serious global business methodology and digital product and should remain contemporary for many years.

• • The brand name must always be written succEZion, with lowercase “succ”, uppercase “EZ” and lowercase “ion”. • Wordmark-led design preferred. • “EZ” may be subtly differentiated, but must not look cheap, playful or like an “EZ loans / EZ services” brand. • Must work extremely well in black and white as well as colour. • Must remain clear at small digital sizes. • Include a version with the descriptor Business Transferability System. • A simple standalone brand mark/icon suitable for favicon and social profile use is desirable. • Professional, intelligent, contemporary and globally credible. • Final design must work on both light and dark backgrounds.

• No brains, robots, AI circuitry, lightbulbs, gears/cogs, handshakes, generic arrows, puzzle pieces, people icons or clichéd succession/family-business imagery. Avoid anything that resembles an accounting firm, law firm, business broker or cheap SaaS startup. Do not make “EZ” cartoonish or overly dominant.
