Brief de Design de Logo

The company is apm-wealth.com. I want to keep the basic style colors in place, but I'm ok with a refresh of some of the accent colors (blue/gray palette as found at the above mentioned website). I want an updated logo and logo text. I'm fine to maintain the mountain theme or go in a different direction. I'm fine to have an icon-style logo or stylized text as the logo. The essence of the brand should be institutional but approachable, boutique/concierge. Contemporary and not stodgy.
