Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a refresh of our logo to celebrate our 75th anniversary! We are a Unitarian Universalist church, so the "chalice" symbol is important to us. You'll see our current logo (blue, yellow, orange) attached as well as a couple traditional expressions of the chalice. The metal one is a homegrown design from a metalworker in the congregation. We sit on seven acres of beautiful land with dozens of native Kentucky trees. We don't want the logo to be "on the nose" with expressions of nature or Kentucky, but perhaps it can reference it by way of color or other subtle design elements. We also would like something a little more timeless than our current logo, perhaps referencing our homegrown or traditional chalices, but also conveying a sense of growth and possibility of the future.
