Brief de Design de Logo

Looking to design a logo for my family's commercial real estate brand. We have shopping centers and other commercial property in Arkansas. The company name is Edprop Development Co. (shortened to Edprop or stylized as EDPROP from time to time). We have been toying with some ideas and have found a color scheme that we like, but we are open to anything. I have attached a recent brochure that we produced that may help with inspiration.
