Brief de Design de Logo
I am doing a business renaming and need a logo for this update. My old business name, Missoula Bookkeeper, fit perfectly when it was just me doing bookkeeping in my living room for local businesses. Now I have 5 employees serving clients all over the US. Our services now include: bookkeeping, payroll, HR, personal financial coaching and Fractional CFO services like analysis and planning, budgeting and KPIs.
Our new firm name will be Arrow + Root Financial Collective. The Balsamroot Arrowleaf is a wildflower native to my state, featuring extraordinarily deep taproot that stores energy underground for years before blooming spectacularly in spring. Our brand refresh is highlighting a business financial growth model based sustainable reserves rather than constant output. We want clients to have a solid base, deep roots and to be moving toward an amazing bloom. I have attached images of the flower.

Much of the design will stay the same, with similar photography, colors, and text.
I will upload our main color palette and a couple other variations we have played with. As long as the colors stay in the same tones, I am open to adding or changing some of the colors we use based on this new option.
If this process goes well, I would be interested in contracting with the designer to create icons for the home page, which you can see are currently some flower icons, and possibly some other design work. Happy to send along any other items that would be helpful!
