Thank you very much for designing the T-shirt print file for our event. I would now like to explore a new design concept.
I would like to have a special graphic design on the back of the T-shirt that incorporates the names of approximately 1,000 athletes who participate in the event, creatively arranged as part of the overall artwork.
I would like to ask if you could continue working on this new design Task Description
Design a screen-printing artwork for the official 2026 World Wushu Open Championships (WWOC) T-shirt.
The design should feature a unique and visually impactful graphic on the back of the T-shirt that commemorates the event and celebrates its participants. One of the key concepts is to creatively incorporate the names of approximately 1,000 athletes into the artwork, allowing the names to become part of the overall design rather than simply appearing as a list.
Design Requirements
Event Name: 2026 World Wushu Open Championships (WWOC)
Theme: Wushu, martial arts excellence, global unity, youth development, and cultural exchange.
Include approximately 1,000 athlete names as part of the graphic composition.
The names should be integrated artistically into the design (for example, forming a dragon, phoenix, globe, martial artist silhouette, calligraphy-style pattern, or other creative visual element).
Suitable for screen printing on T-shirts.
Keep the number of colors limited to ensure cost-effective production.
The design should remain clear and visually appealing when viewed both from a distance and up close.
The artwork should be scalable and suitable for adult and youth T-shirt sizes.
The design should reflect the international spirit of the World Wushu Open Championships.
Deliverables
Back-of-shirt artwork design.
Print-ready vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG preferred).
Screen-printing color specifications.
Mockup preview of the final T-shirt design.

The goal is to create a commemorative WWOC T-shirt that not only represents the event but also honors every participating athlete by incorporating their names into a meaningful and memorable design.

I would like to create a design that can incorporate the names of approximately 1,000 athletes.
For the initial design phase, we can use 1,000 placeholder or fictional names as part of the artwork layout. Once the design is finalized and approved, we will replace the placeholder names with the actual list of 1,000 athletes.
The design should be created in a way that allows the names to be easily updated while maintaining the overall visual effect and layout.
Please let me know if this is possible and what the cost would be.
