Objective
Redesign the existing patient contract information document to create a modern,contempory, and easy-to-understand experience for patients. The updated design should improve readability, accessibility, and overall presentation while maintaining compliance with healthcare and legal requirements.
Key Deliverables
Refreshed visual design and layout
Improved information hierarchy and readability
Modern typography and colour palette aligned with brand guidelines
Clear section headings and navigation
Print-ready and digital versions (PDF)
Include ASO Logo within patient ASO consent to treatment. Ideally this document should be portrait not landscape.
