Brief de Design de Flyer

We are looking for a flyer that can be printed in A3 to help guide landowners through the build process. Please see the attached example 'chatgpt roadmap' which needs some visual improvements.

Also attached is the text 'build better build roadmap' to include in the winning roadmap flyer design - to save time the initial submitted flyer design does not have to include all text.

We are open around the layout (vertical, horizontal or other), as well as a open to the styling and colours, keeping in mind our attached logo colours. Our website is https://www.buildbetter.co.nz/

Secondary: Lighter blues and warm whites / grey
Accent: Brighter colours can be used in moderation
