You mentioned in the brief that the wall is 3000 mm wide and 1200 mm high.
That doesn't seem correct, as standard doors are usually around 2000 mm high. I think you may have meant that the wall is approximately 3000 mm wide × 2200 mm high.
Could you please confirm the dimensions?
