Brief de Design de T-shirt

I'v attached a mockup of logo I need. I want it designed for apparel and website use. Provide all source files and product files. Color should be both black and white text. Attached (website logo header) is example I'm looking for. I want to see and probably keep 2 versions of this. I want this version slightly less distressed/ rugged and then a clean version no distressing. Also tighten up the space around the ampersand.

I also want to include the clean version of Grit & Giants logo text on inside of the t shirt including underneath vertically stacked, Faith. Courage. Discipline. I included a sample idea of that version. As for that text, I'm thinking something like a clean condensed sans-serif, open to your design. All caps, wide letter spacing. Center aligned.
