Brief de Design de Poster

Need help designing marketing posterboards for a new industrial development, Velocity Hill Road, that is breaking ground in June. We will have these printed on 2' x 3' foam board. We are the leasing firm working for the developer, so this will need to be co-branded with both brands: NAI Ohio Equities and Browning Real Estate Partners. I will provide brand collateral for both companies. Please use Browning's color scheme instead of NAIOE's.

There will be 2 separate boards - one for each project site. The first site is a 200,200 SF spec industrial development. The second site is a outside storage or build-to-suit smaller footprint site. I will provide the site plans for both and a rendering for the first site, which will need included on the board. I will attach some samples of previous boards we've done that are co-branded. We would like the new ones to be more engaging and eye-popping than what we've done previously.

I'm finalizing the site details for each board to include with the plans/renderings (similar to how it's laid out on left hand side of Sample Board 3), and will send that info soon.
