Brief de Design de Logo
Business Overview
Eziloads was established in 2019, beginning with a single truck. In its early stages, the business relied heavily on contractors and was often perceived as operating in a broker-style capacity. Since then, the company has grown steadily, building its own fleet and expanding its operational capability.
Today, the business primarily services large transport companies and operates as a taxi truck provider. However, the business has evolved significantly and is now seeking a brand identity that better reflects its current capability, professionalism, and future direction.
Project Background
The current brand name and logo no longer fully represent the business as it stands today or where it is heading. Market feedback suggests the existing identity can come across as basic, small-scale, and more aligned with a broker than a fleet-backed transport operator. This is creating a disconnect between market perception and the level of service, operational maturity, and growth ambition of the business.
As a result, we are exploring a rebrand, including a review of the business name, logo, and overall visual positioning.
Project Objective
To develop a more sophisticated and credible brand identity that better positions the business for direct customer relationships, contract logistics opportunities, and permanent fleet solutions.
The new brand should support growth into higher-value, longer-term work and appeal to more sophisticated commercial customers.
Target Positioning
We want the business to be perceived as:
Professional and credible
Operationally capable and fleet-backed
Reliable and service-driven
Suitable for direct contract work and long-term logistics partnerships
More sophisticated than a standard taxi truck or broker-style operation
Target Audience
The rebrand should appeal to:
Medium to large businesses
Corporate and commercially sophisticated customers
Clients seeking direct transport partnerships
Businesses requiring contract logistics support
Customers needing permanent fleet or dedicated vehicle solutions
Naming Considerations
We are open to two directions:
Retaining the “Ezi” element for continuity, particularly as there is also an associated business, Ezi Recruitment
Moving to a completely new name if that would better support the repositioning and target audience
The preferred name should convey:
Capability
Reliability
Professionalism
Scale
Long-term partnership potential
Brand & Design Considerations
The refreshed identity should move away from anything that feels:
Basic
Generic
Small-business in appearance
Broker-like
Low-end or transactional
Instead, it should feel:
Modern
Clean
Confident
Professional
Scalable
Suitable for a transport/logistics business working with larger commercial clients
Scope of Work Requested
We are seeking agency input and recommendations on:
Brand positioning
Naming strategy and name development
Whether to retain or move away from “Ezi”
Logo and visual identity direction
Overall rebrand approach to align with future growth objectives
End Goal
Our goal is to establish a brand that reflects the company’s growth from a small operator into a credible, scalable, and sophisticated logistics partner — one that is well positioned to win more direct work, contract logistics engagements, and permanent fleet opportunities.
